Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, as amended, in case of dispute or dissatisfaction with the service provided, the Second Contracting Party may resort to the CIMAAL Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre, to which the Mediator is a member.
